16. Website usage analysis
This website uses Matomo, software that statistically analyzes visitor access. Matomo uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer that allow us to analyze website use. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website is stored on an Dexxkonsult server. The automatic anonymization of the IP addresses with the AnonymizeIP plug-in saves IP addresses in Matomo in truncated form – the collected data can therefore not be assigned to a certain person.
For analysis purposes, the “Google Search Console” tool is used, which provides the website operator with a non-personal analysis result for the website visitor.
We use this information to evaluate the use of our website. The saved data is not linked to other data sources or forwarded to third parties.
Revocation of the data acquisition by Matomo
By unchecking the web analysis, a “permanent cookie” is stored on your computer if your browser settings permit this. This cookie is used to signal to the analysis software to not record your browser. If you have checked the automatic deletion of cookies in your browser, the uncheck cookie is also deleted when exiting the program. In this case, you must object to the data acquisition again the next time you access this website. You must also object to the acquisition of your data again when you use a different computer or a different web browser.
If your browser supports “Do-Not-Track” technology and you have checked this, your visit will automatically be ignored.
17. Links to other websites
As the operator of the website, we have no influence on the content of the linked pages. These pages were carefully checked prior to activating the links. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that the operator s of the respective pages may have made changes that violate applicable law or our philosophy.
Links to other websites that are displayed on our website may collect user data if you click on them or otherwise follow their instructions. We have no control over the data collected voluntarily or involuntarily from third-party advertisements or websites. We generally recommend viewing the privacy policies of websites if you have concerns about the collection and use of your data.

Data processing by the operators of social media platforms
Beside us, there is also the operator of the social media platform itself. In this respect, this operator is also another controller who carries out data processing, but we have only limited influence on this. At the points where we can exert influence and parameterize data processing, we work towards data protection-compliant handling by the operator of the social media platform within the scope of the options available to us. At many points, however, we cannot influence the data processing by the operator of the social media platform.
The operator of the social media platform uses web tracking methods. The web tracking can also take place regardless of whether you are logged in or registered with the social media platform. As already explained, we unfortunately cannot influence the web tracking methods of the social media platform. For example, we cannot switch them off.
However, please be aware that it cannot be ruled out that the provider of the social media platform may use your profile and behavioral data, for example, to evaluate your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc. We have no influence on the processing of your data by the provider of the social media platform. In this respect, we have no influence on the processing of your data by the provider of the social media platform.
